About eProjectDM
eProjectDM is a comprehensive Project Document Management solution built on Microsoft SharePoint 2019 technologies. With two versions, eProjectDM on-premise version and eProjectDM Cloud version, we have a solution for both big and small companies.
Each user will be able to access only those projects and documents he/she has permissions for. Basic document management features such as version control, check-in/check-out control are built into SharePoint.
eProjectDM provides construction companies with a tailored SharePoint portal site for complete project management, document tracking, issue tracking, and project task tracking. Document management can be consolidated around departments, projects, or customers for quick and easy access to all documentation related to executing business.
Flexibility within eProjectDM is provided using the power of Microsoft SharePoint, allowing tailoring and configuration of the solution to match your company’s unique environment. eProjectDM can be deployed at your location using standard Microsoft Windows Server, or as a hosted solution.

Project Document management provides instant access to all the documents you need to execute your projects. Automatic document distributions ensure that related team members are alerted to new RFIs, submissions or project documents.

eProjectDM can generate outgoing reference numbers and a working document template (RFI, Submissions, Site Memos, etc) so that all team members can register and create their own outgoing documents, making the process effective and alleviate the workload of the project administrator.

With barcode and QR code technologies, eProjectDM allows project admins to scan directly to the eProjectDM server without having to upload documents using a web browser.
With Ricoh GlobalScan module, batches of documents can be scanned, OCRed, FTPed, emailed and filed to the eProjectDM server with a single push button at the Multifunction Copier.

Microsoft Outlook Desktop Add-in
Project admins can easily file emails from Microsoft Outlook Desktop to eProjectDM. Users can select the project, folder and which attachment or entire email to file. In addition, users can also easily search document libraries and create attachment or document links when creating emails, all without leaving Microsoft Outlook.
Mobile eProjectDM
Using the mobile app module, users can retrieve their distributions and search for project documents using their smartphones and tablets. To review drawings, users can optionally deploy the eProjectDM Mobile Drawing module and collaborate with team members on project drawings.
