Easy Filing

Filing documents to Lotus Domino Document Manager is easy via captureEasy. Image file can be uploaded to a specific destination in Lotus Domino Document Manager by choosing the appropriate File Cabinet, Folder and Document Type combination.

1. File Cabinet – the accessible file cabinets will be retrieved from the LDDM system when the user logs into CaptureEasy. 2. Folder – after selecting the file cabinet, the binders (folders) that the user is allowed to file are displayed. 3. Document Type – document types are file cabinet dependent and will be refreshed once the user has selected the file cabinet destination. The user can easily index the document based on the information on the document as well.
