Workflow Management:

Flexible routing for automating parallel and serial approval processes.  Serial and parallel approvals are supported.  Users can set deadline for approval, and configure email notifications to be sent to alert the approver and the originator.  Approvers and other configurations can be pre-configured based on document type.  For more complicated workflows, it can be customized or can be programmed using a Graphical Workflow Builder such as Lotus Workflow.
