Project documents have their own history and knowledge which are critical to project managers at the later stage or after the project is completed.  Each document profile will store the knowledge history of each document, such as:

• Which team members have reviewed the document, and the timestamp
• What assignments have been done on this document
• What comments did the team members have on this document
• What markups have been created for each document
• Version revision history of each document, and the revision documents themselves can be viewed
